An opportunity has arisen in our scheduling team for an excellent problem-solver and lateral thinker. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the vision process and prove that s/he is fantastic with people, organised, process aware, thorough, dependable, diplomatic, self-motivated, empathetic, proactive, and possess strong/proven communication and time management skills.
A developed understanding of TV post production processes and experience in the broadcast industry is a distinct advantage. We may consider exceptional candidates from other industries if they can demonstrate the required competencies and the ability to learn fast.
The Vision Scheduler is responsible for booking all resources in the department: grading and online rooms, staff and equipment. You must have the skills to balance these resources to deliver our client’s creative aspirations and provide speedy and robust solutions to ever-changing scheduling queries.

From time to time, work experience placements are available. These will involve joining the dedicated and hardworking Runner team and, where possible, shadowing other departments.
Work experience is offered on a first come, first served basis. While we would aim for you to observe a wide range of disciplines, some departments may have restrictions due to workload and Client confidentiality requirements.
The maximum time we allow for work experience is one week (Monday to Friday).
