The HVR-Z1 is Sony's professional 16:9, 3 CCD camcorder. It can record in HDV, DVCAM or miniDV. Shoots 1080/50i or 720/25p HDV modes with improved 16.9 shooting modes. Zeiss optics, 3.5” HD LCD and high –resolution viewfinder with firewire in/out. Excellent camera for the professional videographer, many features are similar to broadcast cameras. Superb camera for ‘fly on the wall’ documentaries due to the superb picture quality. Features balanced XLR audio connectors and on-board stereo mic. Recording duration 63 mins.
