Jeremy Humphries is an award winning Director of Photography and highly respected cameraman, with over 26 years experience working both for the BBC and a multitude of independent production companies. He has worked on a number of highly acclaimed programmes ranging from classic drama documentary, to hard hitting documentaries, through to popular entertainment features.
From the David Starkey series 'The Six Wives of Henry the Eighth,' to the highly acclaimed 'War Walks' series, presented by Richard Holmes for BBC2, and from hard-hitting social documentaries such as the 'Cutting Edge: Bad Behaviour' series for Channel 4 to 'Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares,' the range and diversity of productions is broad.
The series 'Journeys from the Centre of the Earth' for BBC Science and 'Journey into the Ring of Fire' both presented by Dr Iain Stewart and featuring the geology of the Mediterranean and Pacific Rim, won the Best Cinematography Award at the TAC International Film Festival.
More recently credits have ranged from 'Timeshift' for BBC 4, to 'Police Camera Action' and 'Find My Family' for ITV, to Museum of Life for BBC 2.
