Fraser Barber

Fraser Barber is one of the UK’s most experienced tough location sound mixers and has filmed in over 100 countries. Fraser joined BBC Scotland in 1979 where he trained as a sound recordist with the film unit. From 1984 he worked for BBC Bristol.

Since going freelance, Fraser has been Nominated for BAFTA Best Sound Award, and for the Royal Television Best Sound Award. Both nominations were for his work on “Full Circle with Michael Palin”, 10 x 50-minute films shot around the Pacific Rim.
