Simon Cole

I am a professional Sound Recordist with extensive experience drawn from filming in some of the most beautiful to the hostile and remote environments of the world.

A passion from my work has continued to drive the importance of learning and developing techniques in sound recording.

I made my first film at 18, focussing on the Minke whale, and incorporating the history of Scotland's Whaling Industry of the 20th Century.

I have since built myself a reputation in documentaries, embracing wider elements of film making and my list of film credits are a unique example of this.
