Tim White
Sound Recordist
Tim White has spent over 20 years travelling across the World for TV and feature films. Thanks to his documentary experience, he brings a spontaneity and immediacy to a broad range of drama projects from ‘Third Star’ to ‘Nathan Barley’.
He received both the Best Sound BAFTA and the Best Sound Drama RTS awards in 2006/7 for ‘9/11: The Twin Towers’. Tim has worked on numerous large format (IMAX®) projects, ‘Journey to Mecca’ winning GSCA Best Sound in 2009.
In addition to his main unit credits, Tim has also worked 2nd unit or
guested on films such as 'Harry Potter¹, Atonement¹, Made in Dagenham¹, I Am Slave¹, Will¹, The Day of the Flowers¹ and Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy¹.
