Blu Ray

Films at 59 is now pleased to be able to offer Blu Ray Authoring Services. Your High Definition Projects can now be viewed in crisp HD Quality as intended without having to go through the down conversion to Standard Definition DVD.

Blu Ray supports a wide range of High Definition video resolutions including 720p and True HD Resolutions of 1080i and 1080p. It is also possible to put Standard definition footage onto a Blu Ray disc and mixed both HD and SD material onto a single disc. Audio support has also be updated to include up to 7.1 channel surround sound.

The Blu Ray format also provides the user with a more interactive experience and can include features such as Pop Up menus (menus over video), Picture in Picture, Dynamic Content Integration and much more.

Transfers

We are able to offer multi-format transfers in both Standard and High Definition, including down- and up-converting between the two resolutions. We can also co-ordinate any Standards Conversion that you may require.

Our audio Machine Room offers audio transfers, as well as creation of bwavs and laybacks in most formats, including 5.1 stereo sound.

DVD Authoring

We are also able to offer DVD authoring for a variety of different applications, and our DVD encoding services can provide you with guidance into which video formats would be most suitable to your application.
