Adam joined Films as a Dubbing Mixer in 1997. For 10 years prior, he cut his teeth in TV and radio at the BBC, working on a wide range of projects such as radio drama, pop, folk and classical music, sports outside broadcasts, live news mixing and boom operating.
He enjoys the variety of mixing that working with Films at 59 brings, and has worked across a spectrum of genres from documentary & natural history through to drama, as his credit list shows.
As a keen musician, Adam has a particular appreciation for how music works within a programme.
In 2004 Adam was Emmy nominated for Best Sound & Music in a Documentary for The Natural World: Ireland.
Most recently, he’s worked on documentaries for ITV, BBC and the Discovery Channel as well as several Cbeebies animated series. He mixed the latest round of Food & Drink for the BBC and helped crank up the comedy for SKY One sitcom Trollied.
