Richard Caola

VISION SUPPORT

Rich joined Films in 2012 after graduating with an MSc in Music Engineering and Production from Glamorgan Uni. Before that he completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology at Cardiff.

Starting out as a runner Rich soon went on to join the media ops team and was promoted to a senior role within the department.

Rich now works as an integral part of the craft team, as Vision support. In this role he handles the next day prep for the department, performs Avid conforms and supports the schedulers.
