Wes Hibberd

ONLINE EDITOR & COLOURIST

Wes is a versatile and conscientious online editor, with an excellent eye for detail.  His reputation as a colourist is also growing fast, three times a nominee at the RTS WoE awards for grading in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Wes joined us at grassroots level in 2004 and developed a real passion for colour grading and online editing, working through the VTR machine room and assistant roles developing a strong technical and theoretical foundation in DI, HDR, and colour theory.

With great technical ability and understanding of workflow and colour, he has been instrumental in developing our colour and online workflow practices.

He specialises on Baselight, Flame, and Avid Symphony.
